Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality related field preferred
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in food and beverage service, service training, and restaurant management
  • Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and craft beer
  • Proficiency with computer and restaurant software such as Microsoft Office, email, point of sale and social media
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
  • Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in hospitality or related field preferred

  • Experience in service training and restaurant management
  • Knowledge of beverage including wine, cocktails, and craft beer

Job Duties

  • Lead dining service team to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of dining outlets
  • Collaborate with culinary team on day-to-day operations and special events
  • Respond to member and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Set staffing goals and oversee recruitment and training
  • Develop and implement customer service standards and policies
  • Monitor and improve service quality and operational efficiency
