Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality related field preferred
- 5 to 10 years of experience in food and beverage service, service training, and restaurant management
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and craft beer
- Proficiency with computer and restaurant software such as Microsoft Office, email, point of sale and social media
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Strong customer service orientation

- Manage budgets and financial performance of dining outlets
- Collaborate with culinary team on day-to-day operations and special events
- Respond to member and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Set staffing goals and oversee recruitment and training
- Develop and implement customer service standards and policies
- Monitor and improve service quality and operational efficiency
