Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Seven or more years of progressive marketing experience
- Four or more years of team leadership experience
- Proven track record in creating and executing high-impact integrated campaigns
- Extensive expertise in digital marketing including social media, website, email, paid media, and analytics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with 4+ years leading a team
- Proven record of creating and executing high-impact integrated campaigns
- Strong digital marketing expertise including social, web, email, paid media, and analytics
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Hospitality or restaurant industry experience is a major plus
Job Duties
- Build and execute portfolio-wide digital marketing strategies that drive revenue and guest loyalty
- Oversee and evolve digital presence across websites, social media, email, paid media, and content creation
- Lead strategy and execution for loyalty and CRM initiatives to increase visit frequency and lifetime value
- Set KPIs, manage budgets, and measure ROI across all digital channels
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team
- Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Design, HR, and Restaurant Leadership to enhance guest experiences
- Develop scalable toolkits, playbooks, and processes for centralized digital marketing best practices
- Bring forward-thinking ideas, platforms, and technologies to maintain an innovative digital presence
