Job Requirements

  • Customs Broker's License required
  • 10-15 years of experience in Customs Brokerage Operations and Trade Compliance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in budget management
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and time management skills
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of CHB reporting parameters
  • Ability to engage directly with employees and clients with potential for limited domestic travel
  • Proficiency in MS Excel

Job Duties

  • Take full ownership of managing Regional Leadership including performance management hiring decisions coaching and more
  • Enhance customer relationships to boost service quality and satisfaction sharing accountability with the Heads of Operations CHB Product and CHB Implementation
  • Collaborate with CHB RS&C and internal audits to ensure compliance and maintain service delivery and policy standards
  • Identify and address customer needs within the CHB framework
  • Support business growth and facilitate new client implementations
  • Oversee team performance and ensure quality control measures are met
  • Manage projects maintain service reliability and effectively communicate issues to relevant teams
  • Monitor and track service metrics for continuous improvement
  • Explore cost-effective solutions without compromising customer satisfaction
  • Provide leadership and guidance fostering employee development and ongoing learning opportunities
