Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- ServSafe certification
- certification in food allergy awareness
- strong knowledge of food service operations
- leadership and team management skills
- budget management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to innovate in menu planning
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Duties
- Oversee all food service operations
- lead and manage culinary team
- develop and implement innovative and nutritional menus
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- monitor and manage food and labor costs
- interact effectively with residents, family members and staff
- adapt plans and make decisions during emergencies or crises.
