SAFE Alliance is a well-established nonprofit organization dedicated to stopping abuse for everyone by serving survivors of child abuse, sexual assault, exploitation, and domestic violence. Founded on a mission of prevention, advocacy, and comprehensive support, SAFE Alliance has built an influential presence in the community through its multifaceted programs. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field
  • master’s degree preferred
  • 5-7 years progressive nonprofit development and corporate giving experience
  • demonstrated success in corporate sponsorships and fundraising
  • experience leading teams and managing events
  • background working with cross-functional teams
  • event budget management and contract negotiation skills
  • experience in trauma-informed nonprofit settings is advantageous
  • 5 years experience supervising social service programs and staff
  • deep knowledge of nonprofit fundraising strategies and donor stewardship
  • proven event coordination and execution skills
  • strong interpersonal and networking abilities
  • valid Texas driver’s license
  • 3 years driving experience or 1 year if over 27 years old
  • pass criminal background checks
  • compliance with COVID-19 policies
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, public relations, communications, marketing, or related field
  • master’s degree preferred
  • certification in fundraising, event planning, or nonprofit management preferred
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in nonprofit development, corporate giving, and special events management
  • proven success in securing corporate sponsorships and meeting fundraising goals
  • experience leading teams and managing high-profile events
  • experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Communications, and Finance
  • event budget management and contract negotiation experience
  • experience in trauma-informed or advocacy-centered nonprofit environments a plus
  • strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • ability to drive with a valid Texas driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement corporate giving strategies to secure sponsorships
  • plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile fundraising events
  • collaborate with Marketing and Communications to promote events
  • manage volunteer initiatives and staff engagement programs
  • oversee event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and venues
  • build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and community stakeholders
  • evaluate event success and provide post-event reports
