Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management architecture engineering or a related discipline
- 10 plus years of management experience leading construction project managers
- Ability to plan organize and direct complex design construction tasks across multiple projects
- Proven experience driving cost efficiencies and implementing financial controls
- Strong technical construction management skills including infrastructure development
- Expert knowledge of contract management and construction document review
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Suite
- Experience in hospitality industry projects
- Familiarity with Timberline and Primavera P6
- Experience in cross-functional task forces participation
- Willingness to travel approximately 60 percent based on renovation program seasonality
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management architecture engineering or a closely related discipline
- 10 plus years of proven management experience leading high-performing construction project managers
- Experience planning organizing and directing complex design and construction tasks within multi-project programs
- Proven track record of driving cost efficiencies and implementing financial controls in complex construction programs
- Strong technical construction management experience including infrastructure development
- Expert knowledge of contract management and construction documents review
- Proficiency in industry software including Procore and Microsoft Suite
- Significant experience in hospitality industry large-scale resort or hotel projects
- Familiarity with financial and scheduling software such as Timberline and Primavera P6
- Experience participating in cross-functional task forces to improve organizational processes
Job Duties
- Manage assigned reserve renovation projects ensuring strict adherence to budget schedule and quality requirements
- Drive the financial performance of all resort renovation and design construction activities
- Develop execute and monitor quality assurance programs
- Analyze process weaknesses and implement improvements to meet annual goals and elevate guest satisfaction
- Maintain high standards for resort operations and HOA board relations to meet fiduciary responsibilities
- Actively participate in departmental task forces to improve project management processes
- Oversee daily operations and serve as communication hub between stakeholders providing real-time data for project scope and budget development
