Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years management experience in high-volume foodservice
- experience in concessions for sports and entertainment venue preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- leadership experience
- experience with union and non-union staff
- customer service skills
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- team player
- knowledge of accounting and POS systems
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- bilingual in Spanish a plus
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of accounting policies and POS systems
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- bilingual in Spanish a plus
Job Duties
- Manage operational budget and monthly P&L statements ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to concessions team
- sustain labor and operating supply costs within budgeted guidelines
- maintain positive customer and client relations through communication and financial practices
- ensure safety and sanitation procedures and equipment maintenance
- ensure compliance with alcohol sale regulations
- manage hiring and promotion in a union environment
- collaborate with subcontractors to meet contract terms
- develop and enhance concessions programs and food service quality
- oversee monthly inventory and develop operational budgets
- maintain excellent customer service programs
- monitor staff performance on service speed and guest relations
- analyze sales and sales mix with analytic team
- assist General Manager with Food & Beverage sponsorships
- establish strong client relationships to resolve issues and plan events
- perform other related duties as assigned
