Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years management experience in high-volume foodservice
  • experience in concessions for sports and entertainment venue preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • leadership experience
  • experience with union and non-union staff
  • customer service skills
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • team player
  • knowledge of accounting and POS systems
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • bilingual in Spanish a plus

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage operational budget and monthly P&L statements ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to concessions team
  • sustain labor and operating supply costs within budgeted guidelines
  • maintain positive customer and client relations through communication and financial practices
  • ensure safety and sanitation procedures and equipment maintenance
  • ensure compliance with alcohol sale regulations
  • manage hiring and promotion in a union environment
  • collaborate with subcontractors to meet contract terms
  • develop and enhance concessions programs and food service quality
  • oversee monthly inventory and develop operational budgets
  • maintain excellent customer service programs
  • monitor staff performance on service speed and guest relations
  • analyze sales and sales mix with analytic team
  • assist General Manager with Food & Beverage sponsorships
  • establish strong client relationships to resolve issues and plan events
  • perform other related duties as assigned
