Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years management experience in contract foodservice
- Experience in high-volume foodservice environment
- Experience with alcohol sales compliance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting 25 pounds
- Commitment to safety and risk management reporting
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years management experience in contract foodservice industry
- Experience in high-volume foodservice accounts preferably in concessions or premium services for sports and entertainment venues
- Experience overseeing alcohol sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Previous P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Commitment to high-level customer and client service
- Flexibility to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours during a shift while navigating venue facilities
- Knowledge and commitment to safety policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Manage operational budget and monthly P&L statements ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to concessions staff executing business plans
- Control labor and operating supplies costs within budgeted guidelines
- Maintain positive customer and client relations through effective communication and financial practices
- Establish and maintain safety and sanitation procedures and ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding alcohol sales
- Coordinate with subcontractors to meet operation needs and contract terms
- Collaborate with Executive Chef to deliver high-quality food service
- Oversee monthly inventory and develop yearly operational budgets
- Monitor staff performance in terms of service speed and guest relations
- Analyze sales data and sales mix with analytics team
- Build strong client relationships to resolve issues and assist event planning
- Perform other related duties as required
