Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5-7 years of management experience in contract foodservice
  • Experience in high volume foodservice concessions
  • Knowledge of alcohol sales compliance
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Previous P&L and contract management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Leadership and customer service orientation
  • Flexibility for extended hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability for constant reaching bending stooping wiping pushing pulling
  • Ability to lift 25lbs
  • Ability to stand walk up to 10 hours
  • Commitment to safety training and incident reporting

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years management experience in contract foodservice industry
  • Experience with high volume foodservice accounts
  • Knowledge of concessions and premium services in sports entertainment
  • Experience overseeing alcohol sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and POS systems
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work extended hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks involving reaching bending stooping pushing pulling
  • Ability to lift push pull approximately 25lbs
  • Ability to stand walk up to 10 hours
  • Commitment to safety policies and reporting

Job Duties

  • Responsible for operational budget and manage monthly P&L statements
  • Provide leadership coaching and mentorship to concessions staff
  • Sustain cost control within budgeted guidelines
  • Maintain positive customer and client relations through communication and financial practices
  • Ensure safety sanitation procedures and food equipment maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol sale regulations
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and follow contract terms
  • Partner with Executive Chef for food service quality
  • Oversee monthly inventory and develop yearly budgets
  • Monitor staff performance on service speed and guest relations
  • Work with analytics team on sales analysis
  • Establish strong client relationships for event planning
  • Perform related duties as required
