Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management including concessions operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work an event-based schedule, flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work an event-based schedule, flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee a team of concessions managers and all aspects of concessions operations including staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory management
- Manage budgets and financial reporting for concessions operations
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high-quality service
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company and client policies
- Collaborate with other Aramark managers to plan and execute events and promotions
- Hire, train, and manage staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to improve operations and customer experience
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of concession stands and equipment
- Conduct regular audits of operations to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with cash handling and accounting procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
