Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, event planning, or related field
- Minimum 3-6 years' experience in hospitality, communications, event planning, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a luxury, private club, resort, or wellness environment
- Preferred experience or interest in the health, fitness, or nutrition industry
- Strong English grammar and business writing
- Driver's license or transportation to and from work and occasional work-related trips
- Ability to communicate verbally
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
- Primarily sedentary work with ability to move throughout the facility
- Ability to move 20 pounds regularly
- Visual acuity for computer work
- Ability to type on keyboard up to 50 percent of the time
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year of experience in a luxury, private club, resort, or wellness environment is strongly preferred
- Preferred experience or interest in the health, fitness, or nutrition industry

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong business and financial management acumen
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates creativity, diplomacy and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Advanced project management and multitasking ability
- Ability to reason and problem solve without precedent
- Ability to work and coordinate with several internal departments and external resources
- Computer literate – proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and various social media platforms
- Experience with task management software such as Asana or Monday.com is preferred
Job Duties
- Architect and execute annual experiential and social calendar that reflects the club's luxury positioning, member lifestyle, and business objectives
- Partner with Food Drink, Group Fitness, Membership, Tennis, Training, Spa Retail, and external collaborators to design integrated, aspirational experiences
- Serve as a visible brand ambassador ensuring polished, high-touch experiences consistent with five-star hospitality standards
- Lead partnership management, sponsorship strategy, fundraising goals, marketing collaboration and post-event stewardship for the club's marquee philanthropic event and other community initiatives
- Define and track key experience KPIs using insights to refine programming continually
- Stay fluent in fitness, hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, and experiential design trends
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing to identify and develop strategic partnerships and sponsorships
- Lead a dedicated team focused on concepting, planning and executing experiences
- Build and manage detailed timelines, budgets, production plans, and run-of-show documents
- Oversee registration and guest-communications platforms ensuring a seamless digital journey
- Own all event logistics including space planning, decor, F&B, entertainment, AV/tech, and staffing
- Partner with Food Drink leadership and Executive Chef on menu design and service execution
- Collaborate with Marketing on promotion, storytelling, content capture, and social coverage
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, service standards, and compliance
- Lead and develop the Community team and seasonal or part-time staff
- Set clear performance goals and coach the team towards creativity and accountability
- Conduct regular huddles and post-event debriefs
- Partner across departments to address member questions and feedback
- Develop and manage the Community department budget
- Complete post-event recaps, budget reports, expense tracking, participation dashboards, payroll reports and other documentation
- Own monthly forecasting and financial reporting
- Recommend and maintain departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain organized event archives
- Manage club donation requests with brand-aligned responses
- Provide performance feedback and corrective action
- Execute departmental update meetings with senior leadership
- Participate in Continuing Education Curriculum Program
- Complete other duties as assigned
