Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Minimum of 5 years recent experience in long-term care and rehab industry
  • Proven experience as a Director of Nursing in long-term care
  • Experience managing clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of infection control and regulatory standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in the Long-Term Care and Rehab industry
  • Proven experience as a Director of Nursing in Long-Term Care
  • Demonstrated experience managing clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities

Job Duties

  • Establish and maintain robust clinical competencies for licensed nurses through ongoing education and development
  • Develop and implement core clinical systems and guidelines for key care practices
  • Define standards and tools for dementia care protocol adherence monitoring
  • Provide expert guidance on infection control protocols and regulatory compliance
  • Lead and support clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities ensuring best practices
  • Collaborate with Social Services and Activities teams to enhance quality of life and regulatory compliance
