Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Minimum of 5 years recent experience in long-term care and rehab industry
- Proven experience as a Director of Nursing in long-term care
- Experience managing clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of infection control and regulatory standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in the Long-Term Care and Rehab industry
- Proven experience as a Director of Nursing in Long-Term Care
- Demonstrated experience managing clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities
Job Duties
- Establish and maintain robust clinical competencies for licensed nurses through ongoing education and development
- Develop and implement core clinical systems and guidelines for key care practices
- Define standards and tools for dementia care protocol adherence monitoring
- Provide expert guidance on infection control protocols and regulatory compliance
- Lead and support clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities ensuring best practices
- Collaborate with Social Services and Activities teams to enhance quality of life and regulatory compliance
