Job Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event management
- Proven wedding event planning experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide variety of events
- Develop and implement event strategies focused on revenue growth, brand enhancement, and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing events team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences
- Manage budgets, contracts, vendors, and event logistics
- Partner with internal teams on marketing and promotional initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
