Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event management
  • Proven wedding event planning experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide variety of events
  • Develop and implement event strategies focused on revenue growth, brand enhancement, and guest satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing events team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences
  • Manage budgets, contracts, vendors, and event logistics
  • Partner with internal teams on marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
