Job Requirements
- must be legally permitted to work in the united states
- college degree preferably in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as a sales or group services manager
- 2 years experience selling and servicing corporate and social markets including weddings
- ability to work irregular hours including weekends and evenings
- strong organizational and negotiation skills
- excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities
- attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead the group event services department
- prospect and sell group event services to corporate and social clients
- plan and coordinate weddings and corporate events
- service clients by maintaining high standards of the Four Seasons brand
- maximize revenue and profit potential
- coach and develop team members
- negotiate contracts and work with deadlines
