Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of catering sales and management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of sales, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues promptly
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with event management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications

- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability
- Oversee event logistics, from planning through execution, ensuring flawless delivery
- Utilize event management software and systems for efficient operations
