Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of catering sales and management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of sales, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues promptly
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency with event management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Qualifications

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the catering sales and operations team
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and maximize revenue
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and negotiation
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability
  • Oversee event logistics, from planning through execution, ensuring flawless delivery
  • Utilize event management software and systems for efficient operations
