Job Requirements
- US work authorization or current managerial position at a Four Seasons location
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Experience leading and directing staff in catering services
- Track record of successful event sales and client relationship management
- Strong collaboration skills with banquet and culinary operations
- Ability to handle changes and resolve conflicts effectively
- Excellent written communication skills for contract and report preparation
- Willingness to work flexible schedule based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel catering, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Proven success in selling weddings, social and corporate catering events
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead, supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of event planning and production methods
- Professional attitude with integrity and transparency
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee catering and conference services operations
- Promote the resort as the top choice for meetings, events, and weddings in Santa Fe
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and the local community
- Coordinate with banquet and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Prepare accurate written correspondence including contracts, banquet event orders, and reports
- Analyze and prepare weekly financial forecasts and summaries for catering services
- Assist in the annual marketing plan and budget development
