Job Requirements

  • US work authorization unless currently in managerial position at Four Seasons
  • professional attitude and sincere approach in guest and vendor interactions
  • high integrity and transparency
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • strong teamwork skills fostering connections with Banquet and Culinary teams
  • proficiency in event planning and production methods
  • capability to handle changes and obstacles during events
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • ability to prepare accurate written correspondence including contracts and reports

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience in hotel catering leadership preferably in luxury hospitality
  • proven track record of successful selling of weddings, social and corporate catering events
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • proficiency in preparing contracts, banquet event orders, and reports
  • leadership skills with ability to supervise and coach staff
  • proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • passion for luxury hospitality and service excellence

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise the catering and conference service department
  • promote the resort as a premier venue for meetings, events, and weddings
  • build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, planners, and the local community
  • create and manage event contracts, banquet event orders, and correspondence
  • oversee the planning and execution of catering events ensuring exceptional guest experience
  • analyze and prepare weekly financial forecasts and summaries
  • contribute to the annual marketing plan and budgeting process
