Job Requirements
- requires at least 4 years of experience
- requires at least 1-3 years of experience in a management role
- previous experience in events and catering required
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- strong communication skills
- available to work event-based hours
- complete food handlers and alcohol service certifications as required
- physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and walk or stand for extended periods
- ability to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment

Job Duties
- coordinate total catering operations including booking events, supervising teams, developing menus and pricing
- oversee preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple catering events
- develop and implement catering solutions to meet customer needs
- maintain effective client and customer rapport
- create and execute annual marketing plans for catering including sales strategies and budgets
- establish and enforce service and presentation standards for catering operations
- implement new services to support business growth and client retention
- advise clients and staff on current catering trends and products
- facilitate delivery of food for banquet events
- participate in sales and contract negotiations
- train and lead catering employees
- set and achieve sales, food, and labor targets
- manage execution of catering events including staffing
- oversee accounting functions for catering revenue, expenses, and receivables
- ensure compliance with food safety and environmental policies
