Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in catering, event planning, or food service management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency with catering software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Passion for food and customer service
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Partners with executive team to develop market and grow catering by identifying and pursuing new leads
- Implements catering strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Monitor and analyze catering performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and vendors
- Involved with community engagement by representing the company at local events and networking functions to promote catering services
- Travel to restaurant locations and large-scale events as necessary to oversee catering operations, provide support, and ensure successful execution
- Manage the catering team, providing training, guidance, and support
- Collaborate with marketing to promote catering services through various channels
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Handle budgeting and financial planning for the catering department
