- 3-5 years of business, operational, or managerial experience

Job Duties
- Implement safe and effective operational duty systems to maintain campus safety
- ensure proactive planning and training around emergency operating procedures
- maintain campus security in accordance with laws
- make operational, scheduling, and facility management decisions regarding students and staff
- assist with front desk coverage and visitor assistance
- serve as medical attendee for minor student issues
- ensure accurate parental guardianship records
- manage school-based budget and analyze financials
- oversee payroll, leave documents, purchasing, and employment records
- maintain cash receipts and revenue tracking
- develop and execute student recruitment efforts
- ensure full enrollment and accurate attendance reporting
- promote innovation through operational systems and processes
- manage school systems and long-term sustainability strategies
- lead implementation of district initiatives and compliance
- provide or supervise operational reports
- oversee daily administrative operations
- maintain technology and textbook inventories
- ensure coverage for absent staff
- maintain fidelity of school records
- supervise auxiliary services like transportation and food service
- manage campus plant and grounds maintenance
- serve on school leadership team
- manage campus operations staff focusing on task execution and professional growth
- handle confidential matters with trustworthiness
- support Talent team in employee onboarding and exit
- perform additional assigned duties
