Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 4 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited institution in relevant major
  • Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
  • Ability to manage teams and lead operations
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and cash control processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work full time in Irving, Texas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years relevant experience
  • OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 2 years relevant experience
  • Proven leadership skills in food and beverage operations
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal liquor laws
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Ability to manage financial performance and operational budgets
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage beverage operations ensuring compliance with policies and standards
  • Train and supervise beverage staff including understanding of liquor laws
  • Oversee cash control and liquor control procedures
  • Implement new beverage concepts and promotions
  • Benchmark competition and monitor competitive strategies
  • Enforce loss prevention policies to minimize costs and prevent accidents
  • Participate in departmental capital expenditure planning and project management
