Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited institution in relevant major
- Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
- Ability to manage teams and lead operations
- Knowledge of liquor laws and cash control processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work full time in Irving, Texas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years relevant experience
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 2 years relevant experience
- Proven leadership skills in food and beverage operations
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal liquor laws
- Experience in staff training and development
- Ability to manage financial performance and operational budgets
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage beverage operations ensuring compliance with policies and standards
- Train and supervise beverage staff including understanding of liquor laws
- Oversee cash control and liquor control procedures
- Implement new beverage concepts and promotions
- Benchmark competition and monitor competitive strategies
- Enforce loss prevention policies to minimize costs and prevent accidents
- Participate in departmental capital expenditure planning and project management
