Job Requirements
- five or more years of experience in food and beverage operational position
- high level of computer literacy
- ability to lead others by mentoring and providing training
- basic knowledge of banquet department operations
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
- valid Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain within 30 days

Job Duties
- manage daily operations of all catering functions
- coordinate function activities with catering sales and culinary teams
- oversee catering equipment maintenance and inventory
- mentor and provide training to banquet staff
- ensure high level of guest satisfaction through excellent service
- work flexible AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
- maintain excellent communication with guests and team members
