Job Requirements

  • five or more years of experience in food and beverage operational position
  • high level of computer literacy
  • ability to lead others by mentoring and providing training
  • basic knowledge of banquet department operations
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
  • valid Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain within 30 days

Job Duties

  • manage daily operations of all catering functions
  • coordinate function activities with catering sales and culinary teams
  • oversee catering equipment maintenance and inventory
  • mentor and provide training to banquet staff
  • ensure high level of guest satisfaction through excellent service
  • work flexible AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
  • maintain excellent communication with guests and team members
