Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years experience in banquet or event management
  • bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • familiarity with budgeting and financial management
  • availability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • background check and drug testing clearance

Job Duties

  • oversee banquet operations and ensure flawless event execution
  • lead and mentor banquet staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • plan and coordinate banquet events including logistics and staffing
  • manage budgets and financial performance of the banquet department
  • maintain strong client relationships and address customer needs
  • stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative banquet solutions
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
