Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years of banquet management experience
- High school diploma
- Preferred four-year degree in hospitality or related field
- Strong understanding of food and beverage financial systems and controls
- Ability to perform moderately complex calculations such as determining average covers
- Ability to access and accurately input information using computer systems
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods while touring banquet and event spaces
- Ability to sit and perform tasks in an office environment
- Prior experience in a union environment preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure the highest quality of food, beverage, and service in all banquet areas
- Lead and train banquet staff to deliver seamless service and consistent standards
- Coordinate banquet service needs with culinary production teams
- Maintain effective communication within the department and with other hotel teams to meet guest expectations
- Control labor, costs, and expenses while operating within budgetary and forecasted guidelines
- Implement and support hotel operation policies and procedures while working within union contract guidelines
- Promote a culture of excellence and teamwork within the banquet department
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Food & Beverage leadership
