Job Requirements
- US work authorization is required
- At least 2-3 years of banquet event management experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
- Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work a diverse schedule encompassing days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop banquet leadership and line staff to maintain Four Seasons standards
- Oversee daily banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown for all functions and events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, stewarding, sales/catering, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment
- Manage labor and operating expenses through strategic scheduling, forecasting, and inventory control
- Partner with catering and food & beverage leadership to review event performance and identify service enhancements
- Support hands-on service for high-profile or VIP events as needed
