Job Duties
- Provide oversight of contract and revenue budgets
- Lead long-term planning for contract services
- Manage relationships with food service, vending, and bookstore vendors
- Develop revenue generation and marketing strategies
- Conduct cost-benefit and financial analyses
- Prepare P&L, ROI, and metric reports
- Manage a team of professional staff
- Negotiate and manage contracts, including RFP processes
- Collaborate on capital budget development
- Assess service performance and student satisfaction
- Participate in campus committees and engage with constituents
