Job Duties

  • Provide oversight of contract and revenue budgets
  • Lead long-term planning for contract services
  • Manage relationships with food service, vending, and bookstore vendors
  • Develop revenue generation and marketing strategies
  • Conduct cost-benefit and financial analyses
  • Prepare P&L, ROI, and metric reports
  • Manage a team of professional staff
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, including RFP processes
  • Collaborate on capital budget development
  • Assess service performance and student satisfaction
  • Participate in campus committees and engage with constituents
