Job Requirements
- associate degree in turfgrass management or similar field
- minimum 5 years experience in turfgrass management
- advanced knowledge of agronomy and turfgrass management practices
- ability to teach and mentor others
- strong business aptitude
- passion for the golf business
- current or ability to obtain pesticide applicator certification and licensing in Arizona within 90 days

- ability to teach and mentor team members
- strong business aptitude and passion for the golf industry
- certification or ability to obtain pesticide applicator license in Arizona
Job Duties
- oversee the agronomic operations to produce playing conditions outlined in the business plan
- attract and develop talent at all levels of golf course maintenance
- manage turfgrass health and maintenance schedules
- implement technology and continuing education programs
- engage in long-term strategic planning for golf course maintenance
- foster a highly functional and collaborative maintenance team
- ensure compliance with certification and pesticide application regulations
