Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and maneuver heavier items with assistance
- Comfortable working indoors with occasional exposure to outdoor temperatures
- Willingness to work around allergens such as dust and animal hair

- Strong leadership skills with a focus on promoting excellence and service

Job Duties
- Lead, manage, and supervise all outlet store and logistics/operations within your purview, ensuring both long- and short-term goals are achieved
- Conduct regular on-site visits to audit and provide guidance to staff, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures
- Oversee equipment maintenance and compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor and facilitate donation acquisition activities to ensure an adequate supply of goods
- Implement and promote "One Touch" processing and data-driven metrics to drive organizational growth
- Collaborate with HR on employee development, training, and performance management
- Provide recommendations for annual departmental budgets
- Promote and ensure a clean, safe, and healthy work environment
