Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and maneuver heavier items with assistance
  • Comfortable working indoors with occasional exposure to outdoor temperatures
  • Willingness to work around allergens such as dust and animal hair

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or a minimum of five years of retail management experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on promoting excellence and service
  • Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
  • Computer proficiency in various software applications

Job Duties

  • Lead, manage, and supervise all outlet store and logistics/operations within your purview, ensuring both long- and short-term goals are achieved
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to audit and provide guidance to staff, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and compliance with safety regulations
  • Monitor and facilitate donation acquisition activities to ensure an adequate supply of goods
  • Implement and promote "One Touch" processing and data-driven metrics to drive organizational growth
  • Collaborate with HR on employee development, training, and performance management
  • Provide recommendations for annual departmental budgets
  • Promote and ensure a clean, safe, and healthy work environment
