Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Systems Management, Hospitality Food Service, Nutrition and Dietetics, or related field
- minimum five years of experience in healthcare food service management or administrative dietetics
- Registered Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification
- proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
- ability to use computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work calmly under pressure
Job Qualifications

- Registered Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification
- minimum five years of healthcare food service management or administrative dietetics experience

- excellent communication skills in English
- strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments
Job Duties
- Coordinate resources within the Nutritional Services Department to achieve goals and objectives
- direct patient food service operations ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality meal production
- provide leadership in food production and culinary presentation
- ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory agency requirements
- collaborate with clinical nutrition services to optimize patient care
- supervise and mentor department staff
- develop and enforce departmental policies consistently
