Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of direct food service operational management experience
  • Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM)
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, scheduling software, and CBORD software
  • Ability to understand and interpret financial and statistical data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Displays positive support of organization's Mission and Diversity initiatives

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of direct food service operational management experience
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, management, and coaching skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, scheduling software, and CBORD software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Nutrition Services including clinical, retail, patient services, food cost controls, and sanitation
  • Ability to interpret statistical and financial data
  • Displays support for Mission and Diversity initiatives
  • Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM)
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Knowledge of clinical dietetics in healthcare setting preferred

Job Duties

  • Mentor and support management teams by fostering leadership development
  • Drive employee engagement
  • Build a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery
  • Lead strategic planning and operational oversight for all areas of Nutrition Services
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, capital planning, and financial performance
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
