Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of direct food service operational management experience
- Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, scheduling software, and CBORD software
- Ability to understand and interpret financial and statistical data
- Excellent communication skills
- Displays positive support of organization's Mission and Diversity initiatives
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of direct food service operational management experience
- Strong leadership, supervisory, management, and coaching skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, scheduling software, and CBORD software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Nutrition Services including clinical, retail, patient services, food cost controls, and sanitation
- Ability to interpret statistical and financial data
- Displays support for Mission and Diversity initiatives
- Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM)
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Knowledge of clinical dietetics in healthcare setting preferred
Job Duties
- Mentor and support management teams by fostering leadership development
- Drive employee engagement
- Build a culture of accountability and excellence
- Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery
- Lead strategic planning and operational oversight for all areas of Nutrition Services
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, capital planning, and financial performance
- Ensure regulatory compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
