Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of administrative and management experience in a long-term care facility
- RN, BSN with 5-7 years experience
- Ability to develop, implement and coordinate new programs and services
- Ability to analyze and problem-solve
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication ability
- Ability to support and promote the mission, goals and objectives of Holy Redeemer Health System
- Ability to function in a changing healthcare environment
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements
- Current nursing license

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate and direct the skilled nursing department operation

- Develop, implement and coordinate new programs and services
- Analyze and solve operational and care delivery problems
- Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders
- Promote and support the mission, goals and objectives of Holy Redeemer Health System
