Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar operational roles within gaming or related industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Must be able to multi-task effectively
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in both written and verbal forms
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary gaming work cards including NV Gaming and, if requested, Key Licensing through the NV Gaming Control Board
- Eligibility to work legally in the United States

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Effective communication in English both written and verbal
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required work cards
- Right to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of route techs, system techs, collections, dispensers, and dispatch
- Collaborate with route install team, gaming development team, vault, slot audit, and security
- Hire, train, develop, evaluate, and discipline assigned leadership staff
- Direct execution of division’s operational plans
- Monitor and control labor costs by ensuring adequate staffing
- Manage upkeep and functionality of all route related gaming equipment
- Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance, registration, and telematics installation
- Participate in monthly financial meetings to review departmental expenses
- Handle special requests from vendors and respond to guest complaints courteously
- Promote positive motivation and productive team culture
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, Title 31, and federal regulations
- Provide timely and outstanding guest service
- Perform other assigned duties
