Job Requirements
- Must attain and retain Tier 3 suitability clearance
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
- Submit application online by closing deadline
- Ability to pass National Agency Check and Inquiries
- Meet federal employment eligibility

- Provide required documents including education certificates and DD214 if applicable
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of executive-level experience
- Possession of management principles in planning, coordinating, and attaining organizational goals
- Knowledge of current business practices and economic principles
- Ability to analyze trends and improve operating programs
- Strong marketing, personnel management, and retailing skills
- Bachelor’s degree with a business major preferred
- Knowledge of Marine Corps staff procedures and organization
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with Congressional members and high-ranking military officers
Job Duties
- Serve as director of MCCS Hawaii, overseeing five primary component areas
- Develop MCCS business strategies and ensure policy compliance
- Manage all fiscal activities including budget development and administration
- Represent MCCS to Congress, community members, and other organizations
- Lead a diverse team emphasizing professionalism and problem-solving
- Implement and oversee the activity safety program
- Support EEO program principles and prevent sexual harassment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
