Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
- ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- ability to develop and execute strategic engagement and retention plans
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- commitment to fostering inclusive and dynamic member community
- availability to work flexible hours as required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event management, business, marketing or communications preferred
- proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams
- experience in relationship management, event management, food and beverage operations, customer service, or membership associations preferred
- prior experience leading teams or managing projects preferred
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
Job Duties
- develop and execute the member experience strategy focusing on improved retention and increased member spend
- partner with general manager and department heads to implement revenue-generating strategies
- leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement and optimize retention
- oversee planning and execution of member events and programs ensuring alignment with club mission
- incorporate member and committee feedback to tailor engaging events
- curate a dynamic calendar of experiences to foster community participation
- develop and manage a seamless onboarding process for new members
- ensure strategic execution of all member touchpoints to maximize engagement
- assist in devising personalized retention strategies for at-risk members
- continuously refine the member journey based on member needs and club goals
- develop and distribute multi-channel communication promoting club activities
- ensure effective dissemination of club updates to members and employees
- maintain consistent, clear communication across all media channels
