Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Proficiency in data analytics and member engagement optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and staff
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
- Bachelor’s degree with focus in hospitality management, event management, business or marketing and communications preferred
- Proven leadership ability in managing cross-functional teams
- Preferred experience in relationship management, food and beverage operations, event management, customer service or membership associations
- Prior experience in leading teams or managing projects to successful outcomes preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with CRM systems particularly Salesforce
Job Duties
- Develop and execute the member experience strategy focusing on improved retention and increased average member spend
- Partner with the General Manager and Department Heads to devise and execute revenue-generating strategies
- Leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement trends and optimize retention efforts
- Oversee planning and execution of all member events and programs ensuring innovation and alignment with club mission
- Incorporate member and committee feedback to ensure events remain relevant and engaging
- Curate a dynamic calendar of experiences that foster community and elevate member experience
- Develop and manage a seamless onboarding process ensuring new members feel welcomed and connected
- Ensure all touchpoints along the member journey are strategically planned for engagement and satisfaction
- Assist with developing retention strategies including personalized interventions for at-risk members
- Continuously assess and refine member journey focusing on early tenure management and long-term engagement
- Develop and distribute multi-channel communication strategy promoting member events and club initiatives
- Ensure timely dissemination of key updates reinforcing transparency and member information
- Communicate consistently and concisely with members and employees across all channels
