Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in hospitality or related fields
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
- excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
- bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality management, event management, business, or marketing and communications
- proven leadership ability managing cross-functional teams
- experience in relationship management, food and beverage operations, event management, or membership associations preferred
- prior team leadership or project management experience preferred
- advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
Job Duties
- Develop and execute the member experience strategy focusing on retention and increased member spend
- partner with the General Manager and Department Heads to create revenue-generating strategies
- leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement and optimize retention
- oversee planning and execution of all member events ensuring alignment with club mission
- incorporate member feedback to keep events relevant and engaging
- curate a dynamic calendar of member experiences to foster community and participation
- develop seamless onboarding processes for new members
- ensure strategic execution of all member journey touchpoints
- assist in developing retention strategies with personalized interventions for at-risk members
- continuously refine the member journey focusing on early tenure and long-term engagement
- develop and distribute multi-channel communication strategies promoting club activities
- ensure timely dissemination of key updates reinforcing transparency
- communicate consistently with members and employees across all channels
