Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
  • Three years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Capability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
  • Ability to climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, twist, bend, and fold or unfold as required
  • Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
  • Availability to work additional hours including weekends and holidays
  • Attendance as outlined on weekly schedule

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
  • Three years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus in hospitality management, event management, business or marketing and communications
  • Proven leadership ability managing cross-functional teams and adapting to operational challenges
  • Experience in relationship management, food and beverage operations, event management, customer service or membership associations preferred
  • Prior experience leading teams or managing projects to successful outcomes preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute the member experience strategy focusing on improved retention and increased membership spend
  • Partner with the general manager and department heads to devise and execute revenue-generating strategies
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement trends and optimize retention efforts
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all member events and programs ensuring alignment with club mission
  • Incorporate feedback from members and committees to keep events relevant and engaging
  • Develop a seamless onboarding process for new members to ensure integration and connection
  • Implement a multi-channel communication strategy that conveys the club's narrative and promotes events
  • Exhibit strong leadership navigating club operations and inspiring cross-departmental collaboration
  • Assist with developing retention strategies including interventions for at-risk members
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and represent management with ethics and integrity
  • Promote safe working practices and encourage compliance with safety guidelines
  • Take initiative in personal professional growth and maintain required certifications
  • Communicate consistently with members and employees to promote club activities
