Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and use of CRM software
  • Experience in event planning and member engagement
  • Capability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving member needs and club goals

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with focus in hospitality management, event management, business, or marketing and communications
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience in relationship management, food and beverage operations, event management, customer service, or membership associations preferred
  • Prior team leadership or project management experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute the member experience strategy focusing on retention and increased member spend
  • Partner with the General Manager and Department Heads to implement revenue-generating strategies
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor engagement trends and optimize retention
  • Oversee planning and execution of innovative member events and programs
  • Incorporate member and committee feedback to tailor events
  • Curate a dynamic calendar of experiences to foster community and participation
  • Develop a seamless onboarding process for new members
  • Ensure strategic execution of all member journey touchpoints
  • Assist with retention strategies including interventions for at-risk members
  • Continuously refine the member journey focusing on engagement and longevity
  • Develop and implement a multi-channel communication strategy promoting club activities
  • Ensure timely dissemination of updates to maintain transparency
  • Communicate effectively with members and employees across all platforms
