Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects, budgets, and staff effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event management, business or marketing and communications preferred
  • Proven leadership ability managing cross-functional teams and adapting to operational challenges
  • Experience in relationship management, food and beverage operations, event management, customer service, or membership associations preferred
  • Prior experience leading a team or managing projects to successful outcomes preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute the member experience strategy focusing on improved retention and increased average member spend
  • Partner with the General Manager and Department Heads to devise revenue-generating strategies
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement trends and optimize retention efforts
  • Oversee planning and execution of all member events and programs ensuring innovation and alignment with club mission
  • Incorporate feedback from members and committees to ensure events remain relevant and engaging
  • Curate a dynamic calendar of experiences that inspire participation and foster community
  • Develop a seamless onboarding process for new members ensuring they feel welcomed and integrated
  • Ensure all touchpoints along the member journey foster engagement and satisfaction
  • Assist with developing retention strategies including personalized interventions for at-risk members
  • Continuously assess and refine the member journey focusing on early tenure management and long-term engagement
  • Develop and distribute a multi-channel communication strategy conveying the club’s narrative
  • Ensure timely and effective dissemination of key updates reinforcing transparency
  • Communicate consistently with members and employees to promote club activities and initiatives
