Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
  • Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM software, especially Salesforce
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Skilled in event planning and member engagement
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality management, event management, business or marketing and communications
  • Proven leadership ability managing cross-functional teams
  • Experienced in relationship management, food and beverage operations, event management, customer service, or membership associations preferred
  • Prior experience leading teams or managing projects preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute the member experience strategy focusing on improved retention and increased average member spend
  • Partner with the General Manager and Department Heads to execute revenue-generating strategies
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement trends and optimize retention efforts
  • Oversee planning and execution of member events and programs ensuring alignment with the club mission
  • Incorporate feedback from members and committees to keep events relevant and engaging
  • Curate a dynamic calendar of experiences that foster community and participation
  • Develop and manage seamless onboarding and member journey processes to enhance engagement and satisfaction
  • Assist with retention strategies including personalized interventions for at-risk members
  • Develop and distribute multi-channel communication strategy promoting club activities
  • Ensure timely and effective dissemination of key club updates
