Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
- Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software, especially Salesforce
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Skilled in event planning and member engagement
- Data-driven decision making
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality management, event management, business or marketing and communications
- Proven leadership ability managing cross-functional teams
- Experienced in relationship management, food and beverage operations, event management, customer service, or membership associations preferred
- Prior experience leading teams or managing projects preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
Job Duties
- Develop and execute the member experience strategy focusing on improved retention and increased average member spend
- Partner with the General Manager and Department Heads to execute revenue-generating strategies
- Leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement trends and optimize retention efforts
- Oversee planning and execution of member events and programs ensuring alignment with the club mission
- Incorporate feedback from members and committees to keep events relevant and engaging
- Curate a dynamic calendar of experiences that foster community and participation
- Develop and manage seamless onboarding and member journey processes to enhance engagement and satisfaction
- Assist with retention strategies including personalized interventions for at-risk members
- Develop and distribute multi-channel communication strategy promoting club activities
- Ensure timely and effective dissemination of key club updates
