Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations or related field
  • 8-10+ years of leadership experience in labor planning, financial planning & analysis or store operations within retail
  • Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, workforce management and financial drivers
  • Experience with labor management systems like Kronos or Dayforce
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations or related field
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • 8-10+ years progressive leadership experience in labor planning, financial planning & analysis or store operations
  • Deep understanding of retail store operations and financial levers of profitability
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leadership
  • Expertise in labor modeling and forecasting tools
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Proficiency with labor management systems, business intelligence and data visualization tools

Job Duties

  • Leads development and execution of labor strategies to align labor spend with financial targets
  • Oversees enterprise-wide labor forecasting processes incorporating retail drivers
  • Serves as strategic partner to senior leaders across operations, finance, HR, and merchandising
  • Directs labor analytics and reporting to identify trends and opportunities
  • Leads and develops a high-performing team of labor planning professionals
  • Champions process innovation and operational efficiency initiatives through technology
  • Ensures labor plans support customer service standards and operational efficiency
