Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations or related field
- 8-10+ years of leadership experience in labor planning, financial planning & analysis or store operations within retail
- Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong understanding of retail operations, workforce management and financial drivers
- Experience with labor management systems like Kronos or Dayforce
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations or related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- 8-10+ years progressive leadership experience in labor planning, financial planning & analysis or store operations
- Deep understanding of retail store operations and financial levers of profitability
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leadership
- Expertise in labor modeling and forecasting tools
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Proficiency with labor management systems, business intelligence and data visualization tools
Job Duties
- Leads development and execution of labor strategies to align labor spend with financial targets
- Oversees enterprise-wide labor forecasting processes incorporating retail drivers
- Serves as strategic partner to senior leaders across operations, finance, HR, and merchandising
- Directs labor analytics and reporting to identify trends and opportunities
- Leads and develops a high-performing team of labor planning professionals
- Champions process innovation and operational efficiency initiatives through technology
- Ensures labor plans support customer service standards and operational efficiency
