Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or related field
  • 8-10+ years of leadership experience in labor planning or retail operations
  • Proven track record of managing and developing teams
  • Experience with labor forecasting and financial analysis
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in labor management systems and data visualization tools
  • Willingness to work on-site at least four days per week with flexibility for one remote day

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • 8-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in labor planning, financial planning and analysis, or retail store operations
  • Deep understanding of retail store operations, workforce management, and financial drivers of profitability
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with expertise in labor modeling and forecasting
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Proficiency with labor management systems like Kronos or Dayforce, business intelligence, and data visualization tools

Job Duties

  • Lead development and execution of labor strategies to align labor spend with financial goals
  • Oversee enterprise-wide retail labor forecasting incorporating key drivers like sales and foot traffic
  • Serve as strategic partner to senior leaders to align labor plans with business priorities
  • Direct labor analytics and reporting to deliver insights and enhance store performance
  • Lead and develop a team of labor planning professionals fostering continuous improvement
  • Champion process innovation to improve labor planning efficiencies and workforce management integration
