Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Computer Science, Psychology, or similar field
- Minimum eight years of experience leading technology change management initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in ITIL-based IT Service Management frameworks
- Skilled in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Experience managing complex IT infrastructure with emphasis on security and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to influence across organizational levels
- Ability to lead and mentor diverse IT teams
- Capacity to implement IT infrastructure automation including Infrastructure-as-Code
- Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
- Willingness and ability to work onsite at least three days per week
- Availability for travel up to ten percent
- Ability to read and interpret technical and business documents
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Physical capability to move, stand, walk, and focus on computer screens
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Computer Science, Psychology, or related field
- Eight plus years leading change management initiatives for complex technology programs or projects
- Proven experience in IT transformation initiatives including cloud adoption and ITSM
- Expertise in ITIL frameworks and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Experience managing large-scale IT environments with focus on high availability and disaster recovery
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience working in digital environments building and delivering applications
- Strong business acumen
- Previous experience in the airline industry
- Self-motivated with initiative to drive innovation and change
Job Duties
- Lead the transformation and modernization of IT infrastructure including data centers, networks, servers, storage, and end-user computing
- Develop and implement infrastructure strategies ensuring scalability, security, and performance
- Oversee network and connectivity services across airport locations, headquarters, and cloud environments
- Drive adoption of automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for efficiency and resilience
- Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, and cybersecurity regulations
- Implement and enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks based on ITIL best practices
- Improve incident, problem, change, and configuration management to increase system availability
- Monitor IT service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish proactive IT operations leveraging AI and predictive analytics
- Lead vendor management to optimize service delivery
- Mature end-user computing technology to equip associates and crews
- Develop and implement enterprise monitoring strategy including NOC/SOC capabilities
- Partner with application and data teams to optimize cloud architectures
- Oversee cloud migration and hybrid environments integration
- Ensure cloud operations comply with industry security and performance standards
- Drive cultural and operational change fostering agile and service-oriented IT team
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT services with operations
- Mentor IT professionals to build leadership and technical expertise
- Advocate technology investments supporting digital transformation
