Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 12+ years of relevant work experience in brand management, product innovation, or related areas
- Proven success in managing P&L and delivering business results
- Experience leading teams of 5-15 people
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and external partners
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguous and high-pressure decisions
- Preferred experience in consumer packaged goods industry
Job Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in brand management, product management, or innovation
- Strong track record of P&L ownership and business results in a complex environment
- Demonstrated experience leading mid-size (5-15) teams and developing talent
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing senior (SVP+) internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical, strategic, and storytelling skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and high-stakes decision environments
- Consumer packaged goods experience preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the end-to-end RTD innovation and commercialization agenda, defining short- and long-term growth strategy in partnership with PepsiCo to drive revenue, relevance, and portfolio expansion across seasonal LTOs, core platforms, and emerging functional categories
- Partner closely with NACP leadership to translate consumer, customer, and category insights into clear growth strategies, priorities, and actionable business plans
- Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure product and packaging execution authentically reflect the Starbucks experience and elevate brand equity across every RTD touchpoint
- Serve as a strategic connector between the retail coffeehouse ecosystem and the JV, bringing Back to Starbucks to life across the RTD portfolio and driving a cohesive One Brand approach in partnership with Starbucks coffeehouses
- Lead and develop a team of brand and business leaders, setting clear direction, coaching talent, and building strong succession plans
- Partner closely with Pepsi leadership to shape strategic plans, annual operating plans, long-range strategy, and in-market execution
- Drive P&L revenue delivery and margin reporting to VP and SVP leadership
- Lead with Starbucks mission and values, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven culture
