Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, food service management, or related field
- minimum 5 years of experience in nutrition services management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
- registration as a dietitian or nutritionist preferred
- demonstrated knowledge of HACCP and allergen safety standards
- experience working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- strong leadership and team management skills
- proficient in nutrition software and electronic health records
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications

- proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and teams effectively
Job Duties
- lead and manage hospital nutrition services including food and nutrition services and dietary services
- oversee patient dining, retail operations, catering, and therapeutic menu management
- drive regulatory readiness ensuring compliance with HACCP and allergen protocols
- collaborate with nursing, clinical nutrition, pharmacy, physical therapy, case management, and social work teams to improve care transitions and diet accuracy
- optimize staffing, vendor relationships, and supply chain partnerships
- implement sustainability initiatives including waste reduction and data-driven menu engineering to enhance patient satisfaction
- monitor and improve patient satisfaction scores related to nutrition services including Press Ganey and HCAHPS domains
