Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Five years of related experience in guest services
- Four years of management or supervisory experience
- Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership capability to empower and engage staff
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Five years of related experience in guest services
- Four years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop staff
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and conceptual abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external partners
- Experience in hotel or resort operations preferred
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles beneficial
- Experience managing operations under Collective Bargaining Agreements advantageous
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CPR/First Aid Certification a plus
Job Duties
- Develops and implements Front Office division initiatives to meet strategic goals
- Adjusts operations and sets clear policies for responsibility and decision-making
- Ensures compliance with interpersonal, business, and financial regulations
- Leads Front Office and Front Services teams, supervising resources, schedules, and business management
- Monitors guest survey scores, resolves complaints, and maintains high guest satisfaction
- Collaborates with other departments to optimize room inventory and revenue
- Develops human resource practices including recruitment, performance management and corrective action
- Creates onboarding schedules and identifies development plans for team members
- Maintains relationships with business partners and suppliers ensuring timely compliance and contract management
- Oversees financial spending, budgeting, reporting and forecasting for Front Office operations
- Performs other duties as assigned to support resort operations
