Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Engineering or equivalent combined education and experience
- Minimum twelve years of aviation experience in repairs management, programs execution, logistics, or customer service
- Minimum five years of experience in the helicopter industry
- Minimum five years of experience in customer service, sales, or program management
- Comprehensive understanding of the North American helicopter market
- Experience communicating and influencing decision making at the executive boardroom level
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office applications
- Experience with customer relationship management systems
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP system
- Authorized to work in the US
- Ability to travel up to 60 percent domestically and internationally
- Ability to perform physical requirements including sitting, standing, lifting up to 30lbs, and operating office equipment
- Commitment to compliance, integrity, and sustainable growth
- Onsite presence approximately 40 percent of the time

Job Duties
- Direct and supervise all key account sales and business development efforts
- Support market development and growth opportunities
- Manage all key account sales, market analysis, and business development initiatives
- Direct and supervise all key account customer support responsibilities
- Manage profit and loss for support contract execution and sales programs
- Provide guidance for logistics management and customer support teams
- Develop and lead key account support strategies focused on fleet activity improvement
- Track and analyze fleet activity metrics and maintenance costs
- Direct and supervise the improvement of key account fleet activity for all aircraft
- Manage cross-functional GMR program teams to meet customer expectations
- Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of program staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction
- Control operating expenses within company guidelines
- Attend trade shows and represent Airbus Helicopters in public relations activities
