Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality or event operations
  • Proven track record of managing B2B hospitality programs
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in client communication and project management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or related field
  • Proven experience in hospitality and event operations with a focus on B2B programs
  • Experience managing global events preferred
  • Strong client relations and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Vendor management experience
  • Knowledge of industry trends in VIP hospitality and B2B hosting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Lead the project and team as the primary client point of contact
  • Oversee full ownership of program deliverables from planning to execution for B2B hospitality programs
  • Develop and manage itineraries, transportation, food and beverage, accommodations, ticketing, accreditation, gifting, guest reporting, and communication management
  • Lead client meetings including presenting to senior-level clients and creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage integration of internal resource teams including creative, procurement, finance, staffing, warehouse, and global event operations
  • Oversee vendor management including contracting, payments, and deliverable quality
  • Stay updated on industry trends to innovate and elevate VIP hospitality and B2B hosting experiences
