Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in product management or partnerships in the dining sector
  • Proven experience negotiating and managing strategic partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment
  • Legal authorization to work in the appropriate location

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in product management, partnerships, or related roles in the dining industry
  • Experience in payments and financial services preferred
  • Proven ability to manage high-value partner relationships and deliver business results
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in revenue generation and analytics
  • Excellent verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Experience working in global matrixed organizations
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and think strategically

Job Duties

  • Lead the development, optimization, and delivery of dining benefits
  • Create and execute the global dining strategy aligned with card product teams
  • Manage key partner relationships including negotiation and performance monitoring
  • Coordinate benefit initiatives across product, services, and operational teams
  • Equip commercialization and marketing teams with training and tools for effective benefit promotion
  • Track and report on product KPIs, partner performance, and ROI for continuous improvement
  • Ensure market competitiveness and pricing consistency for dining benefits
