Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management or strategy
  • Proven leadership skills managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in hospitality or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Familiarity with loyalty programs such as World of Hyatt preferred
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and multi-channel campaign execution
  • Experience in budget planning and management
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

  • Significant experience in brand positioning, identity, and strategy development
  • Proven ability to lead integrated brand strategies spanning marketing, guest experience, and operations
  • Demonstrated success translating brand strategy into impactful marketing and consistent guest experiences
  • Experience linking brand strategy to commercial outcomes including awareness, satisfaction, and revenue
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience managing photoshoot planning and production
  • Ability to turn insights and data into actionable brand and marketing strategies
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Expertise in budget management and investment prioritization
  • Experience leading and developing teams

Job Duties

  • Partner with the VP, Global Brand Strategy to shape and refine brand positioning and strategic direction
  • Support development of annual brand plans aligned to portfolio and business goals
  • Drive brand evolution initiatives informed by guest insights and market trends
  • Partner with Consumer Insights and Analytics to translate data into actionable strategy
  • Manage brand strategy budgets and allocation
  • Own and steward brand identity systems including visual, verbal, and experiential expression
  • Define brand narrative, messaging frameworks, and storytelling principles
  • Establish creative direction across campaigns and brand storytelling
  • Guide photoshoot strategy and on-set brand guidance
  • Ensure consistency in brand expression across channels and touchpoints
  • Guide global brand marketing strategy and integrated execution
  • Ensure marketing plans align with brand positioning and guest experience objectives
  • Provide brand lens into audience strategy, channel planning, and activation
  • Define and lead translation of brand strategy into end-to-end guest experience
  • Guide operationalization of brand strategy through design and brand standards
  • Ensure consistent and differentiated guest journey across touchpoints
  • Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate brand experience delivery
  • Lead and develop team members for effective brand strategy execution
  • Oversee brand enablement across hotel openings, conversions, and repositioning
  • Develop scalable tools, playbooks, and brand immersion programs
  • Guide regional teams and property leaders on brand delivery
  • Support alignment of owners and operators with brand standards and expectations
